The Foundation affirms that targeting civilian airports and vital facilities and endangering the lives of civilians, workers and passengers is a serious violation of the rules of international humanitarian law, and requires a firm international position that ensures the cessation of these attacks and the accountability of those responsible.
The Foundation also expresses solidarity with the wounded, the injured and the families of the victims, and appreciates the medical and humanitarian efforts exerted to treat and care for the injured, stressing thatTargeting civilians and civilian objects cannot go without accountability.
